If you do not qualify for legal aid then we prefer to operate to "fixed fees" agreed upon at the outset so that you have total transparency and certainty about the cost of your case.

LEGAL AID

We are registered to provide Criminal Legal Aid by the Scottish Legal Aid Board.

We can discuss whether you are eligible for criminal legal aid and if an application for legal aid is granted then you will not require to pay for the cost of your representation.
